Pre-Orders:

Orders placed in January 2024 will begin production and shipping in February 2024. When the shop has been closed for an extended period a pre-order sale will be opened before production. This helps us prepare for the volume of orders from our loyal customers that been waiting for us to return. Please message us with any questions, special shipping needs, or if you need us to hold an order while you are PCSing. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

During shop openings when we utilize a pre-order system, a 4-week lead time once production starts is the standard for all orders. During the holidays lead times can vary so please keep an eye on your email and the social media channels for updates.

Can you make me an add-on sign for a collection I didn't purchase from Airborne Vintage?

Although our friends tell us that Trish is pretty crafty, she has unfortunately never had any luck trying to make add-on signs in different styles than we currently stock. We would recommend finding an artist on Etsy that has a product similar to the style you already own.

What's the best way to dust my sign and how do I pack up my sign when we move?

The best way to clean your sign is with a dry duster wand or cloth. Never use anything wet or damp to clean your signs. When PCS orders arrive don't leave it to your movers to pack up your signs. Wrap each plank in bubble wrap and secure it with shipping tape. Pack up your signs in a box separate from all other items. The planks are made from a soft wood that is susceptible to showing dings and damage.

Do you ship to APO?

Yes! We love being able to give military families overseas a taste of home. Please allow about 14 days once your order has shipped for it to arrive.

What if my item was lost or damaged in shipment?

Send a picture of the box & item within 24 hours of receiving your order. Every package is insured and we will work with the post office to make it right and get your order replaced.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of customized pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it and we will do everything we can to make it right. We want you to love your pieces! If you have placed an order and need to cancel it, please notify us within 48 hours of placing your order. Thank you so much for allowing us to create something special for your ever-changing home!
